Do children aged 0 to 1 pay for a ticket?

The youngest members of the family can enter Fantàstix for free. Tickets can be bought on our website or at the ticket office. Remember you’ll need to provide proof of your age at the entrance to the experience.

Are there any benefits to being a Super member at Fantàstix?

Yes! If you’re a member of the Super3 Club, you’ll enjoy special benefits at Fantàstix. Discover all the perks, discounts and surprises by clicking THIS LINK and get ready to experience the adventure in Super mode.

Are there discounts for large and single-parent families?

Large and single-parent families benefit from a discount: €14 for adults and €9 for children aged between 2 and 14. You can only buy these at the ticket office and you’ll need to present the relevant official proof. They cannot be combined with other promotions and are not applicable to special events or activities.

Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

People with a disability rating of 65% or higher are eligible for the discount rate. Tickets must be purchased at the ticket office and you’ll need to present the relevant official proof of disability.

Can children attend on their own?

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. At Fantàstix, imagination is shared.

Can I leave then come back in?

Once you start the experience, the tour continues without any breaks and it’s not possible to leave or re-enter, so make sure you have everything ready before embarking on the adventure. In the event of exceptional circumstances, our team will assist you and assess each case individually.

Facilities and services:

Is Fantàstix accessible for people with limited mobility?

Yes. The venue is fully adapted so that everyone can enjoy the experience in comfort, with freedom of movement and without barriers.

Is it accessible with a pushchair?

Yes, you can bring a pushchair. If you prefer, we also have a designated area where you can leave it before starting the tour.

Is there a cloakroom service?

Yes. We have lockers where you can store your personal belongings so you can enjoy the adventure with your hands free.

Is there a breastfeeding room?

Yes. We have a breastfeeding room designed so that families can look after their babies in comfort and peace and quiet during the visit.

Is there a car park?

Fantàstix doesn’t have its own car park. In the “How to get here” section, you can find details of the nearest public car parks and all available transport options.
